The staff was polite and compassionate all that time. Location: the hotel was short walk to the best restaurants and bars, the beach, a shopping mall and to the city center too, and Batumi. Furthermore, to boulevard sea side.

The rooms were well-stocked and large on the top floors. The location was nice and the room was clean.

Came in Batumi to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was nice base for doing it. The location was perfect, not too far from Dancing Fountains Batumi. Plus, it was next to the coolest McDonald's restaurants in the world, New Wave, and the best restaurants...

Reasonably large rooms on the top floors, food savoury. With coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. 0.5 miles from the airport.

I really enjoyed the room with terrace, the bed was very comfy. Extras like climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television were appreciated. The location was unbeatable, walking distance to bars and restaurants. I visited Creatoria Pub a short way from the venue for a few drinks.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short walk to Batumi's waterfront and there was even a supermarket nearby for convenience. Lastly, the rooms on the top floors with a terrace and a view were an added bonus, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I have no complaints whatsoever.

My stay at the hotel was not without problems. the bathroom was extremely small and difficult to use comfortably.

The staff members were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel had great leisure facilities, including a karaoke room and a casino.

The noise levels from outside the hotel were quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
